Yield: 2 serving
Preheat a nonstick pan to medium. Melt butter in the saucepan. Meanwhile, slice the onion into thin crescents.
Stirfry the onions for about 3 minutes, then add the beans, water, and some salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and then simmer for about 8 minutes, or until most of the liquid is gone from the pan.
Calories: 80 per one-half recipe. If desired, consider additional flavors to stir in when you add the water, such as garlic or lemon.
